Waste oil treatment and recycling
Lubricating oil recycling
We remove contaminants and the degraded components from cutting oil, gear oil, quenching oil, and other oils that have deteriorated through long-term use, and return the regenerated oils to customers. We contribute to utilization of used oils and to the circular economy.
Recycling into heavy oil
We manufacture recycled fuel oil by removing moisture and contaminants from used mineral oil-based waste oils and from cracked distillates separated and recovered from our oily wastewater treatment. We also use heat from waste oil disposal process to promote thermal recycling.
Thermal recovery: The recovery and utilization of the thermal energy generated from the burning of wastes. This technique is only applied to wastes that cannot be reused or recycled in any other way.
Conversion into supplemental fuels
We manufacture coal substitute fuels by recycling used animal oils, vegetable oils, and solvent oils that are difficult to recycle into heavy oils.
